This is a set of sixteen unpainted miniatures that match the characters introduced in the Matsuri expansion for Tokaido. The tray holding these miniatures fits in a space reserved for it in the Tokaido: Deluxe Edition. This is not a stand-alone game. This is an accessory for Matsuri Expansion.
